for Double SATB Choir a cappella
Live recording from the River Campus at Southeast Missouri State University from the 2nd biennial "Alumni Choral Concert" on March 28, 2015. This recording features the "Alumni Choir" on the stage and the "University Choir" in the balcony (Dr. Peter J. Durow, conductor).

Performance Notes:
Consider positioning the two choirs on opposite sides of the audience (either front and back or possible side aisles). This may offer a "surround sound" experience for the audience as the choir literally sends the music "over their heads."
Anonymous Text
Over my head, I hear music in the air;
over my head, I hear music in the air;
over my head, I hear music in the air;
there must be a God somewhere.
Oh, when the world is silent, I hear music in the air;
oh, when the world is silent, I hear music in the air;
oh, when the world is silent, I hear music in the air;
there music be a God somewhere.
And when I'm feeling lonely, I hear music in the air;
and when I'm feeling lonely, I hear music in the air;
and when I'm feeling lonely, I hear music in the air;
there must be a God somewhere.
